Great post and sound advice. Exactly the reason horses where blinders while racing, so they cannot look behind them.
I will try to always remember this as I go through life, no matter what the situation. Just like there is no reason to look behind you, there is no reason to dwell on the past. Move forward and conquer my friend!
I needed to hear this today.
You have forgotten my favorite example, which comes from the super-cheesy movie "Cannonball Run": the crazy taxi driver rips down his rear view mirror, and declares, "What's behind me is not my problem!"
