I've never really thought about it being ok to be hungy, but you're right, it's ok to be hungry, just like it's ok to be sore after you work out. They go right in a .5 liter bottle, o calories/carbs and come in a variety of flavors including green tea mango.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Drinking one right now.
