Excuse me, Im sorry, I didn't sign up for drill team. did I???

Im just taking a yoga class...I have some injuries and am listening to my body, so BACK....THE F*^$@ UP FROM YOUR INTIMIDATION TACTICS LADY!!!! Bikram basically says "ignore your own body wisdom and follow us....we know your body and medical history better than YOU do....(even though we never asked you about it) TRUST US!!!

What happened to a genuine smile and heart-felt spiritual infusion into class??
All that is missing in BIKRAM!!! Also, same exact 26 poses every time????
Why is doing the same exact thing every single class not a good idea???

1) boredom

2)repetitive motion injury

3) I HATE COOKIE CUTTER WORKOUTS!!!!

Ill stick to Astanga, which gives me a better workout and almost the same sweat
(without artificially heating up my body) thanks!!!

Re: Why Hot Yoga Made Me Laugh As Much As Farting Does

The archetypal Yoga alleviation affectation is artlessly laying collapsed on your aback on the floor, conceivably with a absolute beneath the arch and a bolster beneath the knees.
